You must contact us And return the item(s) within 7 business days of receiving your item.

*Return / Exchange Item (s) MUST be unworn , unwashed with tag attached. If the item (s) has a sign but not limited to worn, stains, makeup or tag not attached, Palinatives. has the right to NOT accept your return item (s) and it will return to you at your expense.

*Return amount will be issued as a store credit after deducting shipping cost .

*We CANNOT process exchange, customer will be refund the mount of purchased as a store credit after deducting return shipping cost.

*Faulty item (s), all items have been personally quality checked prior shipping, if you believe the item(s) faulty, please CONTACT US with images immediately so we can assess it (them).

Please know that we ARE NOT responsible for any damage or loss happened due shipping . We inspect your item carefully before we ship it to you.

*Store credit will be formed as Palinatives E-gift card and send via email.

*Gift Card(s) is/are NOT refundable, exchangeable nor returnable.

*CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING FOR RETURN LABEL AND INSTRUCTIONS. ITEM(S) SENT WITHOUT APPROVAL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU AT YOUR EXPENSES**.
